NO WORKOUT Yesterday.
Also, did TERRIBLE with the DSL but here it is anyway:
DSL for 7.8.2008
* Breakfast: Two leftover pierogies smothered in leftover squash & onions
* Snack: handful of Skittles
* Lunch: Whole Wheat English Muffin & a cup of mandarin oranges
* Snack: buncha Doritos
* Dinner: Sliced beets, handful of whole wheat pasta, 5 or 6 green olives
Doing better with this today (sort of) but we'll wait until tomorrow for comparison, I s'pose.
