Christmas morning

I love everything about my boy!
Even in the hoopla of discovering that Santa had left a veritable wonderland of new toys for him, he wanted to stop and read one of his new books!
Of course, we only made it about four pages in before he closed the book, said "the end," and hopped down to play some more...but, still...

Girlfriends

Here's the annual "chick pic" from our Friendly Christmas Party...which we've had every year since 1995 (except 2005). Each year, the chick pic is a little different...depending on people we've met and befriended anew and which old friends have new babies at home or kids in Christmas plays, etc.,and thus don't attend the party that year.

And here's my other group of girls...the ones who came into my life when I became a "fitness freak" back in 1993. This was my first GNO with them since a month or so before Nash was born! Again, who's who at our GNOs changes up depending on which grown daughters come along, who's working late or out of town and new friends made along life's busy path.
